about

Integro is a full-service general contractor specializing in custom residential work. We excel at major renovations and restoration projects. Our passion is the built environment. We are expert builders that reinvigorate and breathe new life into existing spaces and enable their next generation of use. Based in Chicago, Integro is surrounded by some of the finest examples of world architecture and we are inspired to continue the quality and vision of those architectural traditions.

Allyson Case Anderson is the Founder and CEO of Integro. Her seed of passion for the built environment began under the influence of some of the most renown architects in Chicago at Powell/Kleinschmidt Interior Architecture. Over the years, this seed has manifested itself into a fervent conviction to appreciate, invigorate, and inspire residential buildings. Allyson believes that bringing existing buildings back into their glory marks a display of humanity for the present, an expression of humility for the past, and sets an example for the future.

Allyson has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She is a Member of the National Association of Home Builders and an Affiliate Member of the American Institute of Architects. Having built a successful portfolio of luxury residence remodels, she participates in an advisory role as a Council Member for the Urban Land Institute and is a Board Member for the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.

In addition to participating as a guest lecturer for industry organizations, Allyson has been featured on HGTV, the Sunday Edition of the Chicago Tribune, Forbes, top-rated international podcasts, and other national publications. She is also a Guest Co-Host for Mighty House on 1590AM radio, a nationally syndicated 3-hour home improvement program, and continues to contribute personally to her blog.

As our Foreman, Mike personally manages our project sites daily. Formerly a stone fabricator, he is able to identify with the logistical challenges of labor. He directs the crews, coordinates deliveries, handles municipal inspections, and ensures the cleanliness and security of our job site. Having also worked for a top plumbing supplier in Chicago, he is keenly aware of the immense management it takes to coordinate finish materials on site and helps our clients expedite these items to keep our projects efficient. Michael is the opener and the closer of our projects, our daily feedback, and our reassuring presence on site.

Representing over 20 years in construction, Tom provides a “hands-on” approach to our projects. His primary focus as Foreman is keeping us organized by ensuring that all trades have what they need on hand to work, providing proper notice to clients and trades alike to maintain schedules, and enforcing a strict cleanliness to set a safe and respectful tone on site. Providing a strong presence on site, his management in the field ensures that our projects are completed with intense coordination, heavy focus on timing, and a high quality of craftsmanship.
